On behalf of Principal Larry Green and our entire staff, welcome to the 2026–2027 school year! We are proud to be the home of the Jaguars and are excited to welcome both new and returning families to our community.

Since opening in August 2010, Jefferson High School has built a culture centered on support, connection, and student success. We proudly serve a diverse student population from many different countries and backgrounds, and we believe our diversity is one of our greatest strengths.

Jefferson is also proud to be a Discovery School. Every staff member and student is trained in the Discovery communication model, which helps students develop the skills they need to become confident, independent, and successful. As a nontraditional high school, we focus on one-on-one support, small class sizes, and helping students recover credits so they can stay on track for graduation.

In addition to academics, we offer mental health support, concurrent enrollment, internships, volunteer opportunities, and other programs that help students prepare for life after high school. Our administrators, teachers, counselors, and support staff are committed to creating a welcoming environment where every student feels supported, valued, and ready to succeed.
